Our Products

In 2011, I joined forces with a friend and former client and we started repurposing old furniture. We both love painted furniture and I have always tried to incorporate clients existing furniture and old tired antiques in to new homes. Usually a coat of paint can give a piece a whole new life. I also discovered Annie Sloan paints, www.anniesloan.com and was a convert. Her paints make the whole process simple and give wonderful finished looks.

The piece to the left was a 1960s vintage lane hope chest. This was my friend's hope chest. The marriage ended but she held on to it until her second husband asked her to get rid of it. It is pained in annie Sloan paint, color Old White, then distressed and waxed.

This chest sold within days of being placed on sale in the shop.

This small table was formerly white. We repainted it in three colors: Emperor's Silk red for the top, turquoise on the skirt and Napoleon blue on the legs. The top was then decoupaged and embellished with vintage WWII postage stamps, postmarks and envelopes. This piece was done for my niece Karen who is off to medical school and loves to travel.
